The aim of this WP is to plan, coordinate, supervise and promote the activities of the project.
Objectives
The general coordination of the work of the project;
Ensuring all undertakings within the technical and schedule requirements;
Communication with the designated technical officer and the consortium partner in all technical and organizational matters;
Monitoring and controlling the work packages concerning management and technical aspects;
Contractual and financial management;
Liaison with potential users;
Continuing promotion activities through the project period.
